This spicy mustard was an award-winner in the Napa Valley Worldwide Mustard Competition, and is perfect on a corned beef sandwich, or as a base in a barbecue sauce. It's unabashedly bold, beautifully smoky, with a lingering heat.
Ingredients: Lime juice, mustard powder, mustard seed, red wine vinegar, water, white wine, chipotle peppers, brown sugar, salt.
