An absolutely fabulous Cornicabra variety olive oil with a very complex flavour of both ripe and green fruits. The flavour is present with ripe berries, cherry, fresh herbs, and bright citrus. The aroma of this oil is a wonderful mix of sweet berries and tart lemons, mixed with thyme, fresh grass and rosemary.
