Watermelon Cucumber Salad Recipe
Prep: 12 minutes
Makes: 6 servings
- 3 cups cubed watermelon
- 3 cups cucumber, chunkily sliced
- 7 or 8 cherry tomatoes
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 3 tbsps of Dill Olive Oil
- 3 tbsps. Apricot White Balsamic
MIx or shake the Dill Oil and Apricot Balsamic together and then toss on the salad ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
