Tossed Salad with Walnuts and Blue Cheese Recipe
Prep: 8 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
- fresh mixed greens (spinach, romaine & arugula)
- 1/2 cup of candied walnuts
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 4 tbps. each of Persian Lime Olive Oil & Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
Mix or shake the Persian Lime Oil and the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic together then toss with the salad ingredients.
Serve, and enjoy!!
