Penne with Brie and Basil Recipe

Makes: 4-6 servings
- 12 oz. penne
- 2 tsps. crushed garlic
- 1 cup red onions, chopped
- 3 oz. Brie cheese, diced
- 2/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tbsps. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 2 tbsps. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- ½ tsp. pepper
Cook pasta in boiling water until soft. Rinse with cold water, drain, and place in a serving bowl.
Add garlic, onions, cheese, basil, olive oil, balsamic and pepper.
Toss well and serve.
