Mediterranean Tri-Colour Pasta Salad

Makes: 4 - 6 servings
Tri-colour Rotini pasta (one 375 g. box), cooked and cooled
½ cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
½ cup Roasted Tomatoes
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ English cucumber, diced
1 green pepper, sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Toss together pasta, Kalamata olives, roasted tomatoes, grape tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and feta cheese.
In small bowl, whisk Lemon Fused Olive Oil, Oregano White Balsamic, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with dressing, toss and serve.
