Honey-Ginger and Mint Lamb Chops

- 1 lb. medium thick lamb chops
- 4 tbsps. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tbsps. Honey-Ginger Balsamic
- 2 tbsps. fresh chopped mint leaves
- freshly ground pepper
In a rectangular glass bowl whisk all ingredients, except chops. Place the chops in the marinade and coat well. Let marinade for 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
Grill chops in a pan on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Baste with remaining marinade during the cooking process.
Remove from heat. Drizzle remaining marinade over top of chops before serving.
