Grilled Veal Chops with Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce:

1 1/2 cups  fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup Basil Olive Oil
1 tbsp. White Oregano Balsamic
1/2 tsp. each salt and dried oregano
pinch of pepper

Season chops with salt and pepper to taste. Brush both sides with Garlic Olive Oil and set aside. 

In food processor, chop together parsley, basil, onion and garlic. Add olive oil, balsamic, salt, oregano, and pepper. Process until finely chopped and transfer to serving bowl.

Place chops on greased grill over medium-high heat, and grill to desired doneness. (3-5 minutes per side). 

Let stand for a few minutes and then serve with sauce.
