Alex's Guacamole Recipe
Prep: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 ½ - 2 cups
- 1 clove fresh garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 2 ripe avocados, medium sized
- fresh ground pepper and salt (about 2 pinches each)
- 2 tsp of Persian Lime Olive Oil
Prepare and combine all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips!
Tip: Save the pit and leave it in the guacamole to maintain freshness and prevent discoloration!
