Tossed Salad with Walnuts and Blue Cheese Recipe
Prep: 8 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
fresh mixed greens (spinach, romaine & arugula)
1/2 cup of candied walnuts
1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
2 chopped tomatoes
4 tbps. each of Persian Lime Olive Oil
& Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
Mix or shake the Persian Lime Oil and the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic together then toss with the salad ingredients.
Serve, and enjoy!!
