This light yet flavorful rub is ideal for both oven roasting and pan frying. A definite crowd pleaser! The basil and sesame seeds in this rub coat your chicken to form a crust and the balance of this intriguing blend soaks into the chicken creating a truly decedent dining experience.
Simply mix 1 Tbsp. of rub with 2 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil (4 servings). Baste on food just prior to cooking. Bake, barbeque or sauté as usual. Recommended for: Chicken breasts, legs, thighs and tenders. For roasting a whole chicken, mix 2 Tbsp. of rub with 4 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil.
