Spiced Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

Cook: 35-40 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

  • ½ butternut squash, cut in half lengthwise
  • ½ tsp. ground allspice
  • 2 tbsps. Butter Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsps. Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
  • 2 tsps. dry thyme
  • 1 tsp. dry rosemary
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl mix all of the topping ingredients and pour over squash.  Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until squash is tender and golden. (times will vary depending on texture of squash)
